The real account registration is easy and requires only 5 steps:

(After you have filled the registration, then wait until you received your User ID that will be sent to your email)
Step 2. Receive a User ID and Uploading your identities (Government ID Card AND Driving License/Utility Bills)
You can upload it by email to submit@ecnpro.com like the instruction below
Step 3. Activating your User ID to become your Login Number
Your trading login number will be activated approximately 2-3 business days after you have uploaded your identification documents completely.
Always check all the emails from us or from "New Accounts Department" that is sent to you. Also check in Spam/Bulk folder in your mailbox.
Step 4. Deposit Funds (mention your login number and your full name)

Step 2 (Receive a User ID and Verification by Uploading your Identities)
After you have filled the registration, then wait until you received your User ID that will be sent to your email.
(Usually it needs 1-2 business days after you have filled the registration)

After you have received your User ID, then please upload your ID Card and Utility Bills to submit@ecnpro.com
You Must Upload 2 (two) kind of identities:
1. Government ID Card or Passport
2. Driving License or Your Utility Bills (not more than 6 months old)
(The Utility Bills that we can accept is (choose one): Phone Bill, Electric, Credit Card, Bank Statement)

After that, then please wait until we have proccesed it (around 2-3 business days). You will be informed by email about your registration status
Step 3 (Activating your User ID)
After we have verified your identities, then your User ID will be activated to become your trading account login number. Usually it needs about 2-3 business days after you have verified your documents (will be informed by e-mail)
Always check the Spam/Bulk/Junk folder in your mailbox, because sometimes our important email can be arrived to that area
Step 4 and 5 (Deposit and Start Trading)
After your login number (User ID) is active, then you can deposit funds to start trading.
